The primary audience comprises undergraduate students, generally aged 18–25, with postgraduate students, lecturers, university employees and campus visitors forming the secondary market. UUM’s academic community has a strong focus on business, management, accounting, economics, law, government, information technology and communication. The customer base includes Malaysian and international students who are generally digitally active, trend-aware and value-conscious.
